The farmhouse
With its four bedrooms the house can host up to eigth people. On the down floor a large double sitting room with a nice fireplace and a charming veranda for rainy days, a kitchen with an old table from a monastry refectory and a wooden stove, but also a modern electric oven and burners with all the equipment to cook your lunch and dinner (dishwasher, microvawe, etc.), a kitchenette with a double fridge and washing machine. On the same floor a double bedroom with direct and separate access to the garden, a bathroom and lou. Upstairs, two double rooms (one with two single beds) and a sharing bathroom, the masterbedroom with ensuite bathroom and a small sitting room.
The house is suitable all year round, thanks to the heating system.
Linen and towels will be provided for you and changed on a weekly basis for longer stays.
During your stay or after a day visit to one of the near city enjoy the garden and private swimming pool (at your exclusive use), with a lovley view over the tuscan hills, a glass of wine watching the sunset from the garden or an evening dinner under the porch, maybe cooked on the barbacue.
The barn
With two bedroon the bard can host up to four people. Perfect for a family or a couple. On the down floor you can enjoy the sitting room with a nice dining table and a kitchen with everything you need to prepare wonderful meals. The kitchen has a direct access to the garden with the outdoor dining area under the porch, barbacue and everything you need to relax. A double bedroom and the bathroom are on down floor while the master bedroom occupies the entire upper floor.
The barn has its own private pool (at the esclusive use of its guests) with a direct access from the private garden.
